I used to order from here in past and it was good but now it’s gone downhill. Ordered through app and it said 12 min curbside. No one came out and when we went in they said it would be an hour. We waited still no one. We went back in and it was sitting on counter. Our drinks were melted and the 3 teenage girls in back were gossiping away. I guess that what you get when there’s no adult supervision. Sandwich ciabatta bread was terrible not real ciabatta, hardly any turkey, bacon or cheese in sandwich. Not worth the money and I won’t be returning.

I am usually extremely happy when I get a smoothie and have not had a bad experience at a Yropical Smoothie Cafe before before today. This was my first time at this location, and I am very disappointed with the service. There are at least 3 employees here, but they all appear to be teenagers. And are all goofing off and gossiping. We were the only ones in the cafe and we still waited a long time listening to them goof around.

I don't like not being able to see the prices on the board or on the Menu! Watch your receipt they gave us the wrong item! Other families are having the same problem!

The three times I've been here, OMG, very, very good wraps and smoothies. I only wish they would make a smoothie in a smaller size, half the size instead of the child's size, which is a little too small and limited options.

Super dissatisfied and disappointed at how it went. I had ordered 2 avocolada a wrap and a flat bread for the wife which totaled 30. We go in our food is there waiting which is nice but everything was cold the smoothies tasted like ice there was no flavor whatsoever. We couldn't even talk to the guy cause he was literally running the whole store by himself so we couldn't even let him know everything was incorrect and nasty. You guys should really give him help or just close the store. So unfair he has to be alone. People waited well over 20 min it's lunch time some people had to leave back to work.

I used to eat at Tropical Smoothie on a pretty regular basis and thought the food was high quality for a decent price. It had been a while since I last ate at one as I don't live that close to one anymore. On 11/7/23 I ate here and was highly disappointed... Low quality bread, two skimpy pieces of turkey, and two more skimpy pieces of bacon for $8.50 plus tip.
