I ordered a half baked pizza, not sliced because I was going to cook it later. Half baked was excellent and not sliced. I have had many pizzas from other shops either be fully baked or sliced. So cudos LP. But, half extra cheese "half sausage". What do you think?
Most of the food I have had here has been good. Not amazing, but good. They offer solid pizza shop items and it is clean and has retro-modern appearance. I very much like places that make things fresh. Especially when they say “fresh”. I think things here are made to order… but I fear it’s becoming a “Sysco” menu. Meaning that many things on the menu are frozen and not made from scratch in house. Not just fried apps. But things like the “fresh grilled chicken” are just the faux grilled chicken slices that you can buy from a supplier like Tyson or Perdue in the supermarket.
When you say fresh grilled, it doesn’t have to be grilled on charcoal. But it should be a chunk of breast meat, seasoned and put on the grill/flattop. Not pulled out of a bag from Sysco or another food supplier, heated, and served.
I very truly hope that this business thrives. But making more things that are ready to heat from suppliers is often the death knell of a business.
Edit to add: I had a couple of chicken bolis. They both had a lot of chicken in them. But it was not fresh grilled chicken. It was ready-to-heat processed “grilled” chicken. The amount of money spent to put that much chicken in the bolis, I would guarantee is more costly than buying frozen breasts and cooking in house. So there’s a lot of meat, but it’s not great (or fresh grilled like listed) meat. So for these strombolis: Subpar experience, absolutely less profit margin for the business, and a couple of items I know not to order next time.

We traveled about an hour and a half to purchase a bike from someone in Lititz. This pizza shop just happened to be right around the corner, so we stopped for dinner. We ordered pizza and wings and a side salad.

“Hands down the best meat lover’s pizza! Every slice was packed with generous portions of savory meats, and they topped it off with a layer of cheese that holds everything perfectly in place. No more slipping toppings – just pure flavor in every bite. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. If you’re a fan of meat-loaded pizza, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!”

My wife has also pointed out that this is one of the cleanest dining areas she's seen for a pizza place.
