“Our views as a group varied, while I understand they had one person that day it took a long time to be served. In situations where you are short staffed a different method of tastings should be offered. Allow people to pick the 6 they like and serve those on the tray, after that allow for other mini samples if requested. The host was a lovely person but could perhaps spend a lil less time chatting when its crowded. There were times where it was too much for some and ok for others especially when it was packed with both customers inside and those waiting to buy. I love a good story but the room should of been read to say less sometimes is more. We enjoyed all the samples and the extra surprises, we are not newbies to tastings or wineries but 2hrs is a long time. The owner although wants to boast on their wines(good by the way) needs to not be so stagnant on change especially when the location has limited space and staff. Overall we enjoyed our time and will be back. ❤️“

“We had a party of 4 exploring Lancaster for the first time, and this was my favorite spot! If you don’t look closely, you’ll miss it, which would be a big shame. Bailey was a fantastic sommelier, explaining the wines as we sampled (free samples before you get a glass so you know you’ll love it!) and also giving us tips for other things to do in the area. Whether you have 20 minutes or a couple of hours, make sure you stop in for a glass of delicious Italian wine!“

“We had an amazing time at Deerfoot Downtown! Phil truly made our wine tasting experience unforgettable. His passion and knowledge about both white and red wines were evident from the start. He guided us through a fantastic selection, and his enthusiasm was contagious.

Phil was like a maestro, orchestrating the perfect tasting journey. We especially loved the Riesling – it was absolutely delightful! We ended up taking some bottles home!

“I went to Thorn Hill with a friend for their wine tasting which was $50. The wine was very good, however if you’re also serving olive oil for tasting and a delicious chocolate sauce please go the extra mile and pair the olive oil with a baguette and the chocolate with something other then crackers.“
