“The four of us stopped here on our way to Boston for breakfast andthe service was excellent! Our waitresses, Vicky and Sarah, a mother, daughter duo were so friendly and really complimented our experience.The food was over the top delicious. My wife loved the fact that she could order a la cart With just the proper amount of food for her, so there was no wastage. The servings were very generous and everybody enjoyed everything to the last drop. I forgot to mention one of the employees rescue a hummingbird that got caught in the awning. That made our morning!“

“Great place with both outdoor and indoor seating. They have crabs, seafood, and broasted chicken. There are a good assortment of sides. The broasted chicken was awesome, and my wife really liked the crabs. It's a casual place with a nice casual atmosphere. It can be loud. We spent about $60 for the two of us, including the tip. That's comparable to what we spend at Mission or Red Robin and less than we typocally spend at Long Horn. Hanover is about an hour and a half from where we live. Today we were in the area for other reasons and decided to give Big Mike's a try. We will definitely come back, just to eat here, even if we don't have any other reason to go to Hanover.“

“I’m from out of town and just had my first visit here on 10/31/25. It was a Friday night around 5 o’clock and the entire place was packed! No empty seat anywhere, we were told there was only a 15 minute wait and I’m not sure we even had to wait that long. Our server Trey was awesome and got our drinks super quickly and our food came out in no time at all. The menu had such great options and the food was so good! Some of the best food I’ve had from a restaurant in a very long time. I highly recommend this place and am excited to try it again sometime!“

“What a night! I finally took Cooper for his 1st Lobster. After watching lots of “Coyote Peterson” uTube videos for a couple months, he’d been asking me to take him to eat one. Today was the day. Thank you to Hanovers Red Lobster & their General Manager Michael, he gave us the ultimate educational experience & even sat down with us & showed Cooper how to eat it. Mike got the meat out while Cooper ate it 😂😂. Cooper loved every bite of it & dipped it in his “hot warm butter”. He suggested his 8 year old friend Mia, try a “no thank you bite” ( that’s my rule ! 😂) And, she liked it! It was so funny! Had a great time. Cooper had a blast & enjoyed having Mia join him too!! “Went to dinner Sunday nite. Had a great server Stephanie. Good was good. When we were leaving we ask to speak to the manager on duty to tell her what a great server we had. The girl that had sat us came back and said the manager was to busy doing inventory but she told her the reason we wanted to see her. We believe in telling management when the have a good person working for them but obviously the manager needs to take lessons from her server! Very rude!“

I received a very excellent roll with very little "hamburger" no discernible cheese and little onion flakes. It is almost as if it was sent out without the preparation process being finished. It certainly was not noticed by the server. I should have sent it bask. My bad! 2 STARS...The servers, except for that, were very professional and cordial. I also tried the Stromboli on a different visit - and it was excellent. I asked for extra mozzarella - and I GOT it. Ok, let's boost this rating up a notch and 1/2. “My wife and I have been customers ever since El Rodeo opened many years ago, averaging three visits per month. Never a bad meal or experience, and the best Margaritas in Hanover. Large menu with excellent choices. We've taken visiting friends and relatives here too and have always been well taken care of. We always look forward to our visit.“
