Staff was on top of refills and check ins even though they were slammed on a Sunday. Definitely will be returning with my FD family this time!“

“My husband and I order from here at least once a week. They have great food, they are convenient to our location and they meet all our exceptions when it comes to take out orders. My favorite by far is their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza! Oh my gosh...it is so good. If you like the sub you will love the pizza.“

“Springhouse Tavern: The casual, atmospheric below-ground Springhouse Tavern at the Dobbin House is our favorite restaurant in Gettysburg. Whenever we visit Gettysburg, this is the one restaurant where we must dine. Its food quality, hospitality and authentic historic environment are consistently wonderful no matter how much time has passed. This time we were here with friends. We enjoyed cocktails on their outside patio while waiting for our table. The service and hospitality on the patio as well as in the Springhouse Tavern was efficient, delightful and helpful. The food was delicious, as always. The crab cake was especially delicious. This place is timeless Gettysburg. ACCESSIBILITY: This is a 248-year-old building on the National Register of Historic Places; needless to say, there isn’t a ramp or elevator to the below-ground Springhouse Tavern. However, other than a couple steps at the top and bottom, the stairs have railings on both sides, the step height is moderate, and the walls are close enough to put a hand on if needed. Even though I have mobility limitations, I was able to access the underground tavern. Once downstairs, there was adequate space for me to get around with my walker.“

“My boyfriend and I went for breakfast/brunch two days in a row with no complaints. The staff were friendly, wait time for our food was minimal and the food was amazing and very cheap. I loved their French toast as it was homemade bread and not in an egg wash but a batter. The sausage, eggs and home fries were delicious as well. I’ll be back on my next trip to Gettysburg!“

“Had a wonderful lunch date with my husband today. The food was fantastic and our waitress Naomi was so friendly and helpful. It was a bit chilly when we first got there and I asked to turn the A/C up a bit. They did and our experience was so pleasant. I had blackened mahi with rice and broccoli. It was delicious! “Great little Bar and Grill!

They definitely have the eats and a good drink slection. The staff are extremely nice. This is a kid friendly restaurant. I really enjoyed the Black and Blue burger!!! (They don't put chocolate on it like "The Pub" in Gettysburg, thank God!!!)

We came for lunch and want to come back sometime for dinner. They have a bunch of foods I want to try; Fried oysters, Ribs, Steak.

I really liked seeing their diverse seasonal selection of food and drink.

“This place wasn’t bad but I expected a little better service. The steak was pretty ok. The Texas onion was on point. The shrimp was average. The salads were nothing to write home about. The server was less than desirable. No such thing as refills or prebussing tables. It was average at best. Prices are high compared to similar places. If I didn’t have a gift certificate I wouldn’t have chosen this place.“

“Christina and Tommy were amazing. I highly recommend the beer here, we got a growler to go and loved the hats. We come to Gettysburg often and tried this place and fell in love. Highly recommend anyone to try here put, bonus points to coming out and enjoying the garden at night.“

“We have Gallo’s regularly for dine in / take out. This time we bought a pizza, garlic bread, and a chicken nugget kids meal. All of the food was excellent. The pizza dough is my favorite, clearly made in house. I would definitely recommend if you need some good inexpensive food for the family.“

“The best Chinese food in Hanover. When I moved here last year I made a point of trying every Chinese restaurant in town and this is easily my favorite. My entire family agrees. The staff is super friendly too and they gave us a free calendar at the end of the year. This has become our regular go-to place.“

“IM TRULY IN LOVE WITH THIS RESTAURANT!! I didn’t take a picture I forgot but I will next time I eat there. However, I’m new to this town and have eaten at 2 other asian restaurants in this town and tbh I was extremely disappointed. So I decided to try one more Asian restaurant, the Aki steakhouse. I was super blown away from the quality and taste of my meal. it’s hands down the best food I’ve had in years!! I mean YEARS!! I got the chicken teriyaki it was super moist and tender enough to break into pieces w/ just a fork, it came with the sweetest sugar snap peas and asparagus cooked to complete perfection( the tastiest vegetables I’ve ever had in my life) w/ white rice and to my shock it was a huge portion, enough for at least 2 adults. The price of my meal was 21$ but EXTREMELY worth it, and actually that’s only 9 dollars more than a combo meal from McDonald’s (that’s crazy to think about) and like I said it’s huge portions so you can easily split it with someone. YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS RESTAURANT, I PROMISE YOU’LL BE HOOKED.“

“Went to dinner Sunday nite. Had a great server Stephanie. Good was good. When we were leaving we ask to speak to the manager on duty to tell her what a great server we had. The girl that had sat us came back and said the manager was to busy doing inventory but she told her the reason we wanted to see her. We believe in telling management when the have a good person working for them but obviously the manager needs to take lessons from her server! Very rude!“

We’ve eaten at restaurants with 5 star reviews on our trip but honestly the food we ordered and took back to our room from here was some of the best. The burger was thick and cooked perfectly! Fish tacos great flavor and my son loved his wings. Wait staff was very helpful and packed my to-go great with all the fixings.“

“Highly recommend! We went for a date night and it was AMAZING seafood Mac and cheese, lasagna, garlic bread, stuffed tater tots and side salads. The seafood Mac and cheese had big shrimp in it. yes tails were still on but common practice of a decent restaurant. the crab in the dish was great! good portion and flavor. lasagna was in a big dish that was made individually not just a cut piece. sauce was great with plenty of cheese. stuffed tater tots are delicious!!! must try!!! The service was top notch! Vivi was attentive, professional, knowledgeable of the menu and other day specials. I witnessed another group not be very pleasant with her and she was very professional and elegant about it. especially when it was the entire encounter for them. She is an asset to have! “The food was a little too salty. Food came out fast and warm, not hot. The bathroom for men and women has not been dusted in months. And it was very dirty; had not been cleaned in days or weeks. Our waiter was very professional and attentive. Overall, it was a decent experience. Only one lady out of three at the hostess station said goodnight back to my wife. It made us feel some-type-of-way; like they didn't care“
