Can you find a decent hoagie/cheesesteak in Central PA? You can if you go to Leo's. I've visited Leo's 4 times now and each time the food has been outstanding. Hoagies have a nice balance of meat/bread/toppings. Generous amounts, but not the overstuffed, overpriced, over-the-top nonsense you find in some places around Philly.
