Mexican Restaurants near Lock Haven

“Every time I've gone to this restaurant in Lock Haven I've placed my order online, drive at least 10 minutes before arriving at the store. Once I'm there a wait 20-30 minutes for my food. They focus on the drive through before the online orders. The last time I was there there may have been 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru, 25 minute wait. Another time a lady and her daughter came in a couple minutes after me and placed their order on the kiosk and got theirs before I did. I had to ask them for my offer both times and was told it was next. Sure after I ask. Terrible service.“
