Mountain Top and Provisions is a hidden gem offering delicious BBQ and a great atmosphere. The restaurant goes out of its way to accommodate special requests and serves mouth-watering dishes like brisket, baked beans, pepper slaw, and Mac and cheese. The dining room is comfortable with charming decor, and the outdoor area is perfect for nice days. The service is attentive and friendly, with food arriving promptly. Recommendations include the fried green tomatoes, nachos, pork, garlic-parmesan chicken wings, bacon jam burger, pulled pork sandwich, and NY steak. The baked beans are outstanding—sticky, not watery, with molasses shining through. Cocktails, especially the ginger one, are very good. The rib eye and tater tots with special dips come highly recommended. Prices are a little high but well worth it. A great place to hang out and chill with quick, super nice waitresses.
