The Old Corner Grill & Bottle Shop

The food was very good. I had a chicken sandwhich and broccoli salad. My husband had a cheesesteak wrap. My husband said that his a bit salty. The waitress that we had during our meal was great. There are several tvs in the bar to watch sports...I'm not a sports fan. The gentleman who got us our drinks later in the day, they had a band outside, was less friendly. The restrooms were out of order. There were port-a-potties outside behind the building. The bar is located downtown, so it is well lit. There is a parking lot behind the building and on street parking. Lots of parking available, but not a lot of seating inside. There are a couple of tables outside. If you want to sit outside, you can. Anything ordered to go outside us packaged in takeout containers, drinks are put in plastic cups.

I brought my wife and daughter in for a mid day dinner on a Thursday afternoon.. the bartender was more into to smoking her cigarette then taking our order .. then smelling of that cigarette she proceeded to take order … food was very delicious no complaints on that … there was an mid aged guy in what I would describe as a mid 1920 hat like some peaky blinder gang member siting at end of bar kept staring at my 16 year old daughter like she be a piece of candy .. not ok creep… Lisa was not on her game kitchen was perfectly fine. … update I got the creepers name from a coworker. Charles weaver he is a friend of the owner … what a shame my family will never return. Please do not waste your time/money here…well I gave it another try same creep same seat nothing has changed 👎

Beer selection has gone downhill a bit, still a very comfortable stop. Service was a bit distracted. Chili was good, but bland. Pickled egg with beets was great at 99¢!

I like this place. They definitely make a good Ruben and tuna melt. However, I'd rename the tuna melt tuna grill, whatever it's called, delicious. So far, I haven't had a bad or weak drink yet. No complaints with the service either.

Take out is the best option for me. Dine in is a bit high class, in my opinion, and is also a bar atmosphere. The tables outside are nice in good weather.

A really good place to stop in for a bite to eat, have a drink, or pick up a sub and some brew for takeout. The Old Corner Grill & Bottle shop is situated in a cozy old building in downtown Lock Haven. The seating is limited in the bar area so if it is crowded there are additional seats around the corner where the beer coolers are. Our Big Joe burgers were fantastic!

The place is amazing. The bartender Carson made the experience. He is fun whity and on point. Fast and friendly will make this my new regular spot after this.

I love drinking beer in old buildings and The Old Corner Grill and Bottle Shop is perfect for that. A buddy and I were on a motorcycle trip to finish off the Mid Atlantic Back-country Discovery Route and hoteled in Lock Haven, PA. A quick Google Maps search for restaurants that were "open now" for dinner had The Old Corner at the top. We walked over from the hotel and were immediately served cold beers on tap from the friendly staff at the bar. We ordered the Big Joe hamburgers and sat outside chatting with friendly patrons and the owner. The burgers came out and boy were they true to their word - the Big Joe is BIG. Tasty too. We had a couple more beers waving to the traffic that cruised by. Great spot for a burger and beer. Would definitely come back.
