This is the slowest “fast food” place you’ll ever go to do not go unless you wanna wait 30+ minutes for basically nothing. They are a bunch of kids working in there have no idea what the hell the are doing

This taco bell sucks. They take forever to make food, if im the only car in the drive through with an empty parking lot... I shouldn't be waiting 20 minutes for a soda and a burrito. Plus they never put sauces or napkins in the bag!

I don't like how you need to order off a machine now, didn't really have what I was looking for. When trying to get a hold of an employee they were all busy in the back. Not how I remember taco bell at all.

I didn't go inside so I just rated it 5 stars for atmosphere but I ordered taco bell delivery and it was good but the next day I got food poisoning 😕

This place just can't stay consistent. Sometimes you'll get terrible service with a 30 minute wait in the dive thru for 3 cars and sometimes it'll be almost instant. Foods always good as long as they remember to give you everything.

Service time is HORRENDOUS. There's no reason there's a 20+ wait time per car. You can travel to a State College location or Williamsports... Order and get back before you'd even receive your food at this location. No excuses when it's every single time

The prices of too high and the food used to be better!
Ordered food through their app at 4:30 for a quick bite before some evening activities with our toddler.. After 15 minutes we got to the area and drove over and sat in the parking lot waiting for the “order ready” and never got it. At 5:00 it was still sitting at order received so my husband went in to ask if they received our order since this is the first time we ordered online. He was told “That was DoorDashed. It already left”. Obviously he said no… we ordered through the Taco Bell app, for drive through pick up. We don’t use DoorDash. He had to search through his system and finally found our order. In which they never started. So after waiting 30 minutes they never even accepted OR started our order (even though I already paid for it), and then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to actually make it all so we could leave, better yet having an angry and hungry toddler in the car 🙃 So… If my husband never went inside to make sure the order actually went through, we would’ve never even gotten our order. Why offer an online ordering system if you’re not going to fulfill the orders?… Got it …
