This was my first time at a Texas Lunch. The restaurant was busy upon arrival. There was a snafu with our order. We waited quite a while without food. The waitress came back to the table to confirm what we ordered and told us the kitchen never received our order. We waited about another 10 minutes after our order definitely went through. Over-easy fried eggs were just a bit too runny/undercooked but otherwise food was yummy with just- right portions. Our waitress was awesome!
