I ordered my breakfast on the app a few minutes before the breakfast was shut off, whenever I arrived to the store I was informed it was going to be a bit of a wait, I was perfectly okay with it, but one of the members of management came out and apologized for the wait and the inconvenience, he had then gone above and beyond with the situation.
