Not a lot of atmosphere, just tables and chairs with paneling. Big bar. Waiter was very nice and helpful. Eggplant Parm was very fried and not a lot of sauce. Cheese covered the top but not the pieces that were partially layered. Friend had fish which she said was ok.

Food and service are top quality. Naturally leavened pizza crust. Delicious entrees- my eggplant was sliced and cooked perfectly. Gelato and coffee is made in house - delicious.

Superb place, great quality stuff. Looking forward to going back in the future when I'm up that way again. The cold coffee drinks are amazing, and their gelato is a no-brainer order.

If I could give them more stars I would. They make the best pizza! The staff is super nice. They make everything from scratch. I really recommend this place. You can tell when someone loves what they do. I wish there was one Carini in every state.

Delicious pizza. We especially liked a few of the speciality pizzas.

Double check if they open - they dont update opening hours on google.
Very inconvenient to drive 30’ and see closed door.

Sort of stumbled on this place, but what a find! If it had nothing more than a great beer list (several Trappist beers!), we’d have loved it. But the Brooklyn pizza was exceptional…thin crust baked crispy, excellent sauce, and mozzarella that tastes like it was just made that morning. The young lady who took care of us was pleasant and efficient (she seemed to be working alone but was totally on top of her game). Can you get a cheaper pizza or meal somewhere else? Sure. But this was a quality experience and worth every penny. We’re looking forward to going back.

For drinks, we got an iced cappuccino and an iced mocha. For food, we got a Mediterranean shrimp salad and a sausage and green pepper pizza, well done. The salad was excellent, and the NY style pizza was on point. Foldable with a good crunch on the dough.

Everything we ate was excellent, the service was great, and we enjoyed the ambiance.

Food was decent but overpriced in my honest opinion. Pizza was made fresh and from scratch. Brick oven, authentic Italian pizza. The pizza is what I’d imagine I’d get if I went to Italy. Wasn’t over the top fancy but it was good and you can tell it was fresh ingredients. Dough is homemade sourdough and thin crust but that’s by design and it was quite tasty. Fried calamari actually didn’t taste premade. Appeared to be breaded and fried at the restaurant and not premade prebought. They claim the Gelato is homemade on site as well. That was good as well. Atmosphere and service was great. Not busy at all on a Friday night. Only 5 of us in the whole restaurant…. Not sure what to make of that honestly. All food pictured cost $50. We got water.

Great italian food in an a very nice, upscale setting. Excellent liquor selection and espresso drinks are top notch.
