The place speaks for itself.... for a restaurant with very little parking , you will find it FULL with reservations required. We have eaten there several times on a Thursday night during the early bird special menu and I highly recommend it . On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 14. I was referred to the Ridge and have in turn referred many others. A smaller , very comfortable place with 100 year old victorian architecture and some of the best food and broad selection of entrees that I have experienced anywhere in a long time.”

Our server, Ethan was so energetic, friendly, and attentive. He made excellent recommendations and made the whole experience that much better. The busboys, which I unfortunately did not get their names also deserve a shout out. They checked on us, refilled our waters several times, and kept our table clear from empty plates and clutter. Every staff member was truly exceptional! The food was amazing as usual; my husband's filet was cooked perfectly, so juicy and tender and I tried the Thursday night special to try a little bit of everything (salad, petite filet, risotto cake with crab and shrimp, short rib) which was delicious and such a great deal, you get the dinner, glass of wine and dessert sampler for $57! We can't wait til our next night out at Peter's!!”

Not conventional but maybe everyone should follow suit here. This is something I experienced in Florence by the way. so if the quality is there, then quit your whining, and LOOSEN UP I say! Publishing fixed prices with the way the cost of food goods are fluctuating like gas prices is a huge waste of time and money for small business! A small business owner who usually doesn't have enough time in the day as it is, should simply adopt the concept. It probably saves a ton of money and time, I get it, I applaud the notion! The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the service. I was not told about the specials my main course came out half way through my appetizer. I was also waiting for my refill for sometime. “Rita's has high-quality custard, served up in a friendly environment. Feel free to ask for samples before you settle on a flavor. My favorite is the creamy chocolate & vanilla and the orange custard. The service is great, and prices are reasonable and competitive with similar vendors. “The food was pretty basic and the service was slower than expected. We asked if we could sit outside and were told there was no outdoor seating, but the entire patio was empty the whole time. That was honestly disappointing, especially since it was such a nice day. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not somewhere I’d go out of my way to return to.”
