My husband and I eat at Cora’s Bistro every so often. We just like the atmosphere, staff, and so far the delicious dinners. I only think the carrot cake needs a nice butter icing , as before. The no gluten icing on the carrot cake was not edible.
Cora's 1850 Bistro is an absolute gem in Hawley! My Bride and I decided to stop for lunch, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be. When we arrived, the restaurant was bustling with guests, and I thought we might have to wait a while. However, to my amazement, we were promptly seated by a friendly waitress who took our drink order and handed us menus. Little gem next to the river. Staff were kind and food was delicious. It was great priced and a wonderful variety. Only downside if you have a baby they do not have a changing table in the bathroom also stalk doors are very short so not much privacy when you use bathroom.Parking: Plenty of parking as long as you get there before they are busy. It is definitely a place people enjoy which fills parking lot quickly.
