This visit was very good. It does vary pending how busy they are between in house and window.
Specials can be good but donuts ( to me) are pricey.

I went after work. I had a really long day and so I went through the drive thru and if I am remembering right she said her name was Bre. Anyways, she was really sweet and asked me how my day was and everything. I definitely will be coming back. The world is changing.!

I always try to give Dunkin’ a chance because it’s so close to my work, but the workers are not friendly, they don’t listen to you when you ask questions or try to verify what you’re getting (as someone who cannot have dairy this is important) and they don’t even say thanks. I feel old complaining about kids because I’m barely out of college myself but it’s just common courtesy. I’ve worked in retail for 5+ years and I always feel that good customer service is important. This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve gone through this drive through and felt snubbed in some way by the person at the window.

DO NOT GO HERE. Staff is not properly trained at all. People were waiting 45 minutes for mobile orders! Parents of students were yelling in the back as to why it was talking so long. Sad to know everyone that went to this Dunkin for their morning coffee and breakfast will 100% be very disappointed and late for their morning commutes to work. NEVER coming back here again and I live right down the road. No establishment should take FORTY FIVE MINUTES to make a egg n cheese sandwich......

Ordered thru Uber eats.Ordered 2 apple fritters which had no apples .My half dozen of donuts were undercooked tasteless messy.My Blueberry Coolatte tasted like water.$40 for garbage.Never again Dunkin u have gone down hill .I used to love dunkin.I guess I should have went to Oakmont Bakery.

This used to be a good dunkin but now the wait for drive thru is always 20 minutes, they never have donuts on weekends and they constantly mess up easy orders or just slap a new sticker over someone else's coffee to give it to you to get you out of their line. Go to the tarentum Dunkin if you want your order right.

What is with this donut shop? It’s 5 o’clock and there were 4 donuts, 2 muffins and some donut holes! This is the 2nd time there has been no donuts early in the day!! 👎🏻

service was great the lady was very nice but the food that my four friends and I received was all undercooked, tasted like soap, cleaning chemicals, and metal. We all got sick after we ate and left, 2 of us have thrown up and the other 3 have been in and out of the bathroom. Seriously don’t know how it’s allowed to serve food this bad.

Whoever made our hot chocolate this morning for doordash did an absolutely horrible job. It's water with barely any chocolate flavor I think they must have used a tenth of a packet that they were supposed to use. Never again. Thanks for wasting my money. You people are terrible.
