I don't know what it is about Dunkin but all of them are always a hot mess. Handed our drinks as we waited, and the server said, "Did you have anything else?" ...Yah, two more drinks. ".. then we were almost given the wrong drinks. I just don't understand. It wasn't even busy.

Attitude at the intercom, waited 12 minutes behind one car and got the order wrong. Also if you don’t spread the cream cheese you should at least get a knife. 8-28-24

A very good Dunkin'!! Never have to worry about my coffee being wrong when I go to this location. I don't typically get food but every once in a while I'll grab a donut or two for my kiddos and they always have their favorites fresh!
When I went in, there was no-one in line, but the staff of 3 or 4 ignored me for a couple minutes. I asked a few times before someone took my order. The selection of donuts was average, and my order was filled fairly soon. The decor was plain but clean.

I ordered I hot latte when I received it it was not even warm, turned around and came back through drive thru for the young lady to argue that I picked it up 10 minutes ago, I sat in your drive thru waiting in line 10 minutes is not my fault, next time maybe get through your drive-thru orders quicker and maybe not get smart with customers.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally got to the ordering screen I was told twice to wait. They had cars around the building but were only waiting on customers in the store. I ended up having to leave after waiting so long or my kid would be late for school. Any other Dunkin I go to gets you in and out I cannot imagine why this location can't handle a drive thru. I wasn't going to leave a review but I saw othet reviews like this so it appears this is standard practice here. America might run on Dunkin but not in Lower Burrell.
