This is excellent pizza, definitely a cut above the rest. You can taste every flavor, the sauce, the cheese, crust, tomato, basil. We had the white and the vodka sauce pies. Friendly, good people that deserve your business. Try it, you will not regret it.

My husband and I ordered from here for the first time last evening. Ordered a Detroit with pepperoni and 2 pepperoni rolls. We loved the pepperoni rolls so much we got 2 more when we finished eating. The sauce on the pizza is one of the best sauces I’ve ever had, I’ll definitely be asking for extra sauce moving forward. Patrick & his staff were so kind, we will definitely be back very soon!

Ordered the Detroit style Cacio E Pepe and let me tell you what…it’s the new pizza I day dream about. So good! Just the right amount of black pepper and the Parmesan sauce was so good too!

Today was extra special, we got to try their Gluten Free crust that they're working on and let me tell you it didn't disappoint in the least bit! It was just as thick as the Detroit and very tasty, my wife had it Bianca style!
If you're looking for a good GF pizza give them a call and see if you can order it! Sorry forgot to take pictures, it was that good! 😉

I don’t like to admit that I don’t review as often as i should, unless a person got sick or is at risk. With that being said, this was my first time eating from Gus Franco’s Pizza. The only thing at risk is the numbers on my scale moving up because the pizza that I just had was phenomenal and I may never go anywhere else for a pizza again! ( my first wood fired BTW!). The 2nd risk is finding that they also have amazing baked goods, like the fresh, soft chocolate chip cookies we had. I hope my mother doesn’t know I said this , but again…another “best” cookie that I’ve had my whole life. The prices are good for the amazing quality of food they have. Don’t get me started on the most friendly, welcoming staff I met in my few minutes after walking in their door. Idk if they were family or related , but they made me feel important and welcome as soon as I came in. You can’t find a little pizza shop like this anywhere these days, that checks every box when it comes to amazing food, service, and just an all around good place. I WILL BE BACK! Thank y’all for an amazing experience. It’s hard to come by these days, and Gus Franco’s was the best!
