Ordered the Detroit style Cacio E Pepe and let me tell you what…it’s the new pizza I day dream about. So good! Just the right amount of black pepper and the Parmesan sauce was so good too!

Patrick and team always knock it out of the park! Tuesday's have always been my favorite since it's Detroit night! Today was extra special, we got to try their Gluten Free crust that they're working on and let me tell you it didn't disappoint in the least bit! It was just as thick as the Detroit and very tasty, my wife had it Bianca style! If you're looking for a good GF pizza give them a call and see if you can order it! Sorry forgot to take pictures,...

I don’t like to admit that I don’t review as often as i should, unless a person got sick or is at risk. With that being said, this was my first time eating from Gus Franco’s Pizza. The only thing at risk is the numbers on my scale moving up because the pizza that I just had was phenomenal and I may never go anywhere else for a pizza again! ( my first wood fired BTW!). The 2nd risk is finding that they also have amazing baked goods, like the fresh, soft chocolate chip cookies...
