Mobile order, no option for receipt, the women on the intercom didn’t speak up so I could hear and then didn’t ask if I had a mobile order and I had to put my own espresso in my own coffee and all I got was a sorry and a slamming of the sliding door. Went to McDonald's on Leechburgh Rd. In Lower Burrell PA...... We stopped there on the way to Dollar General in Lower Burrell. No problem the first time.... Bought food ate and went on our way to dg. On our way home my girlfriend wanted to get a burger for her dad. We walked had our backpacks as we were getting groceries at dg. We went in and ordered while we were waiting we stepped outside. The manager came out and asked if we had a ride on the way..... I went back in and got our food and while I was in there I asked the manager why he asked if we had a ride..... He said it's because people were asking what we were doing in there. Complete lies! There was one one set of other customers and they we're children that are and left they didn't speak to the manager...... Bottom line is we were profile because we had backpacks on the manager said we were loitering and we were in and out of here earlier both times we were here we were paying customers...... AWFUL PERSON..... THE PERSON MENTIONED ALSO SAID THAT HE IS THE OWNER OPERATOR OF THIS LOCATION.

Literally everytime we come here, something is forgotten, they’re rude, take forever, if they’re out of stock of something which is fine, won’t adjust price. The second time we came, they refused service and told me to refund my order and go to another location almost two hours before close listed in the app. Done with this location. Abysmal service.

Lousy! It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's, and it'll be another long time before I return. I had a double cheeseburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. Everything tasted processed.
Every time I come to this McDonald’s I get pulled over no matter what I’m ordering today I ordered a kids hamburger meal. They said they didn’t have any fries. Please pull over in the middle of dinner. You don’t have enough fries for a kids hamburger meal and I’m sitting here looking at this one. There are four cars pulled. Total wait time in the parking lot ended up being six minutes six minutes for a kid fry. This is turning into the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

i placed an order through the mcdonald’s app and the store called me and said they didn’t receive the order on their end and it would be canceled and refunded, i never received my refund. i’ve called the store 6 times and been hung up on with no answers get better employees and do your jobs correctly this is sickening i was robbed for $45 from them

Quite actually the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I mean yeah it’s “McDonald’s”, obviously it’s not going to be top notch but holy crap I had to pull up and wait for 2 McDoubles when I was the only person in line. I’ve been here a total of 3 times in 1 month and every time no matter what I got I’ve had to pull up and wait. What’s the point of “fast food” when you still gotta wait P.S. this is the first time I’ve ever felt a review at a McDonald’s was necessary.

7 cars pulled forward waiting on their breakfast. Why is this? Looks like are plenty of people to work inside. I've been waiting for 10 minutes now on basic menu items. Looks like new ownership is no better than old. Especially when management calls you buddy. I am not your buddy, and that is extremely unprofessional. Going in for refund. Take mu money to sheetz. Same quality of food. Much faster. Much better staff.
