Had burgers from here twice. Got sick both times. Burgers were so cold both times that the cheese wasn’t even melted. Never again.
PS: your rating is almost as low as the homestead McDonald’s location. & a lot of people allege that crack has been sold out of there. That’s sad

FOOD POISONING ALERT
Happened 5:30pm 3/26/2025. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, nothing else. I ate nothing else for dinner. I drank only water from the same source I usually drink from. Within 90 minutes, it was coming back up and I was praying to the porcelain gods. This lasted until 2 in the morning when I could finally fall asleep from exhaustion.
It's now the next day 11am, I haven't had solid food since, still feel nauseated. I've never experienced true food poisoning, now I can say I have thanks to this McDonalds location. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, which is why I'm warning customers and hopefully getting the attention of a health inspector.

Was inside waiting in line the female "manager" was in other workers faces yelling and swearing at them then actually was yelling and swearing at a customer in the drive thru...I'll Never go back again! She needs Fired!

Honestly the worst McDonald’s, every time we order whether it be through the drive through or online the order is wrong from this location. Never have this issue at other locations. Today they forgot 3 of our items and we had to go back in as usual with this place. They need to reevaluate and fix this store or close down

2025 (Update) Well, this aged poorly. Mgmt is not good anymorethe staff included. They are slow and that is an understatement, not polite, constantly shutting down early along with 50/50 chance you can even dine in during anytime of day. The best thing they do is cook the food above average compared to other McD's. Which is ultimately the business, but digesting their bad behavior is another story entirely.

Decided to stop here on my way home from work & ordered in drive thru. As I was pulling out of drive thru my drink spilled realizing the lid wasn't secure. So I pulled back around and went inside to fill my cup again and out of nowhere, a bald headed man who was sitting down at one of the tables walked over to me asking me did you order? I said yes and then asked what I ordered and asked for my receipt claiming he was the owner of the restaurant. I said I left it in my car and stated what had just occurred. I didn't realize I would be patronized just for walking in with my cup when I was literally just in drive through. I looked around and noticed I was the only black person in the restaurant. I didn't deserve to be embarrassed like that in front of everyone. I also did not feel like I was a valued customer at all. I'll never spend another penny here again. I wish I would've read the other reviews here beforehand. I'll go to my local McDonald's in Penn hills from now on because everyone is much more kind and not racist.
I went to go DoorDashing and the line was really long and there were taking forever and they were taking forever with everyone’s order and I got hungry so I ordered something also, then once I got home after eating it my stomach felt uneasy so I went to sleep and I woke up and I threw up everywhere and I got food poisoned and I’m beyond upset at the fact that I got this DO NOT EAT THERE

This location is an absolute joke. I'd give negative stars if I could! On Friday night I placed an order and went over to the store at 8 to pick it up. Once I got to the drive thru, I was told the store was closed... When I said that I had an order that was received and ready to be picked up, the woman on the other end of the drive thru said "oh well that's not my problem. You can cancel on the app." When I said that my order was already "made" and that the app AND the hours on the door said the store was open, the woman turned all the lights off and refused to answer. I'm sure they took my food home with them. This store is nothing more than a waste of space and infrastructure.

Just a bunch of high school dropouts or angry middle aged people working here, and they’re always closed at the most random times of the week. 5pm on a weekend?? Who manages this McDonald’s? Lol honestly I’m surprised it hasn’t shut down yet.

Don’t even bother going through the drive thru because they will screw up your order and you’ll have to go inside anyway to get it fixed. Save yourself a step and just go inside so you can check when they inevitably forget something. The cashiers overcharge you and don’t make things meals, they will ring it all up separate. They pick and choose their own hours and close whenever they want. On top of everything else, the food doesn’t even taste good here. I can’t express enough how much I hate this McDonalds.

This McDonald’s is scheduled to close at 10:00 pm and they told me they were close at 8:03pm also I placed an order to pick up inside today at 5:43 and they lock there doors to where I couldn’t come in and get my food that I placed for counter pick up
