Food is fair at McDonald's these days. Not the greatest. But it was hot and I did appreciate that. I go to McDonald's sometimes to get some paperwork done. This day was writing Christmas cards. It was very loud the day I went. Many people and children there. Tons of children and teens off for the Holidays and weekend. It's a newer/rebuilt McDonald's so it's clean and well staffed. My young pretty cashier was kind and respectful. Something you don't see all the time now. Kudos to Management for hiring appropriate staff. I used the app for coffee and Mcchicken sandwich.

This is the absolute worst place I've ever been to. Long wait so I figured food would atleast be fresh. Sent to parking lot along with 5 other cars, food was WET. Fries were old and soggy. I'll probably never eat here again

While on a vacation for Thanksgiving, we stopped in early morning to get breakfast. Service was exceptionally well, Jerramy was attentive and made sure the service was smooth

Went through drive-thru and had no issues. I even received the sauces I ordered which is a rare occasion nowadays. Only reason for 4 stars is because I ordered no pickles but my sandwich had them. Yuck

Just placed a order thru doordash & my caramel frappe was missing so I had to go into the location. After I got there no one was at the register, I had to yell into the kitchen for some help. After about 7 mins, the manager took his time coming up & I told him you guys forgot my drink. He told the drive thru guy to make a drink & just went on his way. He was rude, acting nonchalant & had a crappy attitude just the girl that was working the other orders. I paid for a few for doordash, & had to come in anyways & then when I got thru received rude & unprofessional customer service. There was no apology or anything. I won't be back to this location & if this is the only location that I can use thru doordash, I simply won't be placing Mcdonalds orders

Came in noone else in there. Ordered food a bunch of kids came in ordered cookies and got a crap ton of food and flurries for free. I ordered at kiosk for a number sat down. The kids were so loud they called my name and I didn't hear it. I thought the food was to be brought out to me ? So many workers in there music blaring workers screaming back and forth. Half my food was old and cold big Mac was thrown together it was a mess. I wanted the monopoly pieces didn't get those. How are you going to advertise a game of you have no pieces. This was the most horrible experience. I figured new owner maybe things would be better. No it's the same as before horrible horrible horrible service horrible horrible horrible food.

We went to McDonald's on Leechburg Road this evening. We pulled up to the speaker and the girl said "be right with you". After waiting another 10 minutes (I checked my phone clock) she came back to to say "Exact change only or debit or credit card". It would have been nice to be told that when we pulled up and not waste 10 minutes for nothing. What kind of fast food drive thru can't make change for a $20? I guess not much has changed at this McDonald's.

Mobile order, no option for receipt, the women on the intercom didn’t speak up so I could hear and then didn’t ask if I had a mobile order and I had to put my own espresso in my own coffee and all I got was a sorry and a slamming of the sliding door. Young woman with red hair and pigtails unprofessional
