the food is usually right, but there is no concern for making the guest feel welcome. someone eventually comes to the counter to check on walk-in customers. I sat at the drive in lane for 8 minutes before someone eventually snidely said "we are closed". I had a mobile order, which he replied "no we don't" then failed to respond to me after further inquiry to my order.

20 dollars for one meal and one sandwich at McDonald's these days. This is what you get. Meals don't include drinks anymore they are extra for some reason. Sandwich looks like someone punched it. Workers there have no idea what is going on. Probably the worst McDonald's in the Pitt

Since the old owner has retired this place is run a lot better and the actually made my quarter pounder to order . I would not go there before but it's better

Dropped the rating even further. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in America, thry consistently have issues with their system, theu consistently mess up orders, they cannot put a sandwich together. I mean literally cannot stack a sandwich??? No staff is ever in a good mood, they always look like they hate being thier, they hate you for making them work, I will say 1 out of 10 times they got my order correct. Done will never got here again.

Second time in 2 or 3 weeks the location wasn't open when they were supposed to be. All the lights on absolutely no indication they weren't open yet. Sat at drive thru menu waiting. Finally went to second window and was informed they can't open yet. At least the first time it happened someone let me know through the speaker they were closed. Always getting wrong size drink as well.

Terrible. Double cheese burger only came with a small pickle and the beef patties were so cooked they must have sat. Not even juicy. Soggy fries. Doodash driver was excellent and quick too. But bad food review! Yuck!

This McDonald's is ridiculous. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. One of the employees refused 2 orders due to they were closed. NEVER ASKED IF IT WAS A DOOR DASH ORDER OR NOT!!!! CALLED THE STORE AND THE MANAGER WAS YELLING AND SAID SHE KNEW THAT THEY CLOSED AT 8PM AND THE ONLY ORDERS THAT WERE BEING TAKEN WAS DOOR DASH EVEN THOUGH HAD TO NOTIFY BOTH CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR ORDERS!!!!! BEWARE DOOR DASHERS DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDERS FROM THIS MCDONALD'S LOWER BURRELL WHICH THEY WILL SAY THEY DON'T HAVE THE CUSTOMER ORDER!!!!!
