Whoever made the double cheeseburger at 11:20 on January 8th made the best burger I've ever had from this location. Made me actually go back for more.

They should be training everyone else, and should definitely get a raise.

I came to this McDonalds at 7:30 PM on a Thursday night. They seemed moderately busy, with just a small-ish line of cars in the drive thru. Inside there were just maybe 2 or 3 customers from what I could tell. The place was dirty, with dirty tables, a dirty drinks area (with no straws) and ordering screens that were dusty, smudgy, and not stocked (with order number boards).

I ordered 30 dollars worth of food, and when received, this food was cold. I traveled the 10 minutes back to my house and opened my food to find that my chicken nuggets were missing, so I called the restaurant and was answered by someone who did not seem at all pleased to be talking with anyone on the phone, and who was kinda un helpful. I’m not one who usually calls to complain, so I’m not sure what was supposed to happen, but i didn’t even get a sorry or any sort of respect and was basically given only one option, which was to return to the store. The rest of the food was, again, cold, and the fries were pretty under salted.

I returned to the restaurant an hour after I placed my original order and someone else was also complaining about their food when I got there lol. I brought up my issue and the cashier was quick to hand me a new batch of 10 nuggets, but didn’t even say sorry or offer anything for the fact that I had to drive back. I wasn’t expecting a refund or anything, and again I’m usually not one to complain, but I atleast expected a sorry lol. No accountability and honestly the way they dealt with the other dudes issue also seemed a little uncaring.

I think this restaurant clearly has management issues and team issues that should be addressed. Not satisfied with my service, food, or the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Big Mac was dry; fatty; and tough to chew with little to no Special Sauce on it. It took 15-20 minutes to get my food eating in. I had to ask the employee who I paid, when my food wood be ready, and she checked and told me it was put in a take out bag, whch I assume meant she did not know it was ready, since it should have been put on a tray for dine-in. She was very kind. Did not know who the manager was, and no one was walking around to see if anyone dining had their food yet.

Girl at drive through doesn’t pay attention to basic requests. My burger also had a literal half patty on it?? For some the straw papers were soaking wet lol…this kind of service is why yall work at McDonald’s lol

Well the township has an issue with trucks parked there. The first night a stopped for food I heard gunshots down the street. McDonalds its self wasn’t that bad just the town is kinda iffy.

Worst fast food experience ever...over the past 6 months error after error...they owe me 2 big macs ( 2 xtra patties ordered 3x on 2 burgers)! Renee the manager is the worst in Customer Service! Accused my wife of lying. I challenged on a breakfast order that multiple items were missing(2 hash browns, 1 breakfast burrito)...they will rip you off and not compensate! Will not be visiting Mc D's anymore...terrible customer service, very bad experience and really question the sanitary and managerial conditions.
