They don't worry about customer service, I guess they think their that good. I have tried to order a cake over the phone paying for it , also with credit card, but their policy said no. Funny, though I was in there one day and they were doing a phone order. I was a very good customer, now I tell everyone who goes this experience, I forgot to mention 😅 this happened twice, believe their not that good. I'll take my business to people who want it.

I was at a 90th birthday party yesterday where they served a truly beautiful cake covered in pastel flowers from this bakery. It was the best cake I’ve ever eaten and a true work of art. I will be making a visit to this bakery in the future.

Today was 2nd time I purchased bad cookies! First time was peanut butter, 2nd time, thumbprint. Both were obviously old. Tasted old, and very dry. Threw away both times. I'm all about supporting local but I'll never go there again

We have been getting Mazziotti cakes for years and they are excellent, our go to for cakes for special events. We recently got the lemoncello torte and it was once again delicious! However just a suggestion if we may, a nice lemon curd right thru the middle would've went so far, and maybe pulled out a bit more lemon with the rest of the mousse and icing, just wish it were a little more lemony. In any case, it's awesome having a bakery like this in our backyard, looking forward to many more years of ordering!
