Real, old school, mom and pop shop. Feels like you're getting your food from an Italian grandma's kitchen. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Delicious food! The best Italian hoagie I have ever had, and pizza so good, you will eat too much and still want more!

As a loyal customer i expected better, I understand being busy. I also understand mistakes. Paid for a masters and the slices looked like this, not the first screw up but absolutely no effort to make it right. Not even a bring it back and we'll replace it. Actually instead when I called the manager, she said something about having a lengthy do not serve list, she actually threatened to put me on the do not serve list. ? I've ordered here for years never have I dealt with such bullcrap responses from any employee... I'm a reoccurring customer, be as loyal to me as I have to your shop. If you mess up, fix it. Then she blames it on switching pizza boxes on the masters but I still had an old one and they're the same. I'm disappointed ?
