Ordered delivery. Hate that they use door dash. We live in Burrell. They took our order all the way to Apollo. The driver wouldn't answer. The store wouldn't answer. When I tried to log a complaint on the website it has a "system error" and won't log it. I do the "live" chat and hopefully will get the charge reimbursed. On top of all of this, the only reason we were getting pizza hut was my daughter had a coupon from book it. The code wouldn't work so I was paying for it anyway. Pizza hut needs their own drivers again.

Good Pizza ?, Excellent & Good Customer Service, the staff is always nice with a smile on their face. Food is always done on time and tastes fresh to enjoy!!!
Our server Elaine was nothing short of excellent! She was so pleasant, was very quick and always made sure we had everything we needed. She made our trip very memorable (we are staying at a hotel close by for a business trip). My daughter (she is four) saw they had a claw machine for a bouncy ball but we didn’t have cash on us play, Elaine overhead my daughter’s disappointment and came over and gave her a dollar to play! My daughter was so excited to win a ball for herself and her sister. I can’t thank her enough for making my daughter so happy and you can see she genuinely care for her customers, you don’t see that often nowadays. We want to thank you again Elaine for such an amazing experience and a delicious dinner. Would totally recommend this location to anyone!

We went on Sunday evening and I forgot the gentleman's name that waited on us, but I have to say, he was OUTSTANDING! He was on top of everything! We waited for nothing, our pizza took a little longer than he liked, and he came and told us it would be a few more minutes and apologized. He made sure my ice wasn't melted in my ice tea, I mean he was great. I'm so sorry I forgot your name. But thank you so much for your great service. BTW the food was awesome also.

Have eaten here since I was a child. The food has always been very good, the people are always friendly, and the service has always been personal. The food (pizzas, pastas, melts, bread sticks) have truly always been very good, they are prepared and put directly into the oven to be cut then brought directly to you. Food usually arrives within 10 -15 minutes of placing the order(the oven is on a ~10 minute track). Full disclosure: I have worked here since November of 2023 but my testimony is my own.
Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options served here, including pizza and pasta. The basic pizza may also be "customized" with whatever the customer wants. There are 10+ veg options.
Dietary restrictions: Restaurant can adhear to dairy restrictions. Unsure if restaurant can adhear to religious diets i.e. Halal, Kosher.
Parking: Parking in both sides and in front of building. Parking is free.
Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is non-smoking. They do not serve alcohol but the facility is BYOB. There are coloring pages word searches put out for kids as well as magazines for all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no stairs on premises. Wheelchairs should have no problem entering and exiting the building. Unsure of handicapped parking

When you call to order it goes to a call line, they weren't able to process my order so I get sent to the store. I get there to pick it up and it's under a different name, which almost made me leave without my order until I said what I ordered. To much confusion having the call line, should jus go straight to the store
