Ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni large pizzas . I expected them to have sauce cheese and pepperoni. One came that way the other only had some cheese and pepperoni . Was very disappointed .

I wish I got his name, but my friend & I were chatting forever in the dining area and a younger male employee engaged with us and we were all laughing our hearts out. It was a refreshing change to the serious stuff going on in the world!

No ice machine, fountain soda machine, no servers, no cups to buy the more affordable 2 liter sodas. They even have the audacity to say no outside beverages there when they are not equipped to give you beverages. Was forced to buy 20 Oz bottles which were more expensive. Total mess. Horrible experience. Probably not going back ever again. This place has gone down hill. So disappointed.

Would never ever order from here again they have DoorDash People delivering the food and they delivered it to the wrong address then DoorDash people are calling me saying they won’t give me the order. The second time because we had to call back because they delivered it to the wrong place We have waited over an hour and the DoorDash people do not read addresses. At all worst service ever

Visiting from out of town and saw on a Reddit thread this Pizza Hut had dine-in service, but if you’re expecting a throwback to a 90s experience, skip it. We walked in and the place was a ghost town. We weren’t acknowledged by the employee. A sign said “scan a QR code and we will bring out your order” but there was no QR code to be found anywhere. The one employee didn’t say anything, I get it he was busy or something but there was no “give me one moment”. We took the hint and left to eat elsewhere.
A sit down Pizza Hut.. in 2025? And it was the best Pizza Hut I’ve had.. potentially ever?

Ordered delivery. Hate that they use door dash. We live in Burrell. They took our order all the way to Apollo. The driver wouldn't answer. The store wouldn't answer. When I tried to log a complaint on the website it has a "system error" and won't log it. I do the "live" chat and hopefully will get the charge reimbursed. On top of all of this, the only reason we were getting pizza hut was my daughter had a coupon from book it. The code wouldn't work so I was paying for it anyway. Pizza hut needs their own drivers again.
