I do not like your call center! Very difficult for communications! And the order was never received at the local Pizza Hut! Called several locations to try to locate it! It was nowhere! Apparently never sent from call center!! You need to get people who speak English and understand it!!! Asked me to repeat things multiple times! I haven’t ordered from PizzaHut in awhile and probably will not order again!!

I had to take the time to brag about the service we received last week. Carol is an absolute gem of a human. I cannot say enough good about her. She was a breath of fresh air after a long day. She was the perfect amount helpful and engaging. Her 41 years of service is seasoned to perfection. The whole time I thought I knew her from somewhere. We finally realized we had met her before at another Pizza Hut where she had been for a long time. My impression, I remembered, was the same. She had been just as hospitable and sweet before. That's really saying something. Carol is just a good impression waiting to happen! Thanks for the talk and stellar service this time and before. I totally forgot that we didn't know each other. This is the first time my boyfriend and I have been to Pizza Hut for the buffet. We decided to go to the lower Burrell location and it did not disappoint. It seemed like there was only one waitress, but she was flying around and being attentive to customers at tables and as more came in. The food was fresh, and they kept bringing more out as needed, never having to wait for food. We couldn’t have been more happy about the food and experience and will definitely be back.

Had a issue with cash on delivery through doordash, not pizzahut fault, but Mrs, Peggy and I worked on a solution now. Thank you, I do not recommend cash on delivery with door dash tho.

Ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni large pizzas . I expected them to have sauce cheese and pepperoni. One came that way the other only had some cheese and pepperoni . Was very disappointed .
I wish I got his name, but my friend & I were chatting forever in the dining area and a younger male employee engaged with us and we were all laughing our hearts out. It was a refreshing change to the serious stuff going on in the world!

No ice machine, fountain soda machine, no servers, no cups to buy the more affordable 2 liter sodas. They even have the audacity to say no outside beverages there when they are not equipped to give you beverages. Was forced to buy 20 Oz bottles which were more expensive. Total mess. Horrible experience. Probably not going back ever again. This place has gone down hill. So disappointed.
