This place should stop taking online orders if they can’t get them ready on time or near on time. Just give it up and only take orders at the counter! Poor service when it comes to online orders. If you are in Lower Burrell and what to order online, do yourself a favor and go to Sheetz or literally anywhere else with online ordering

This is the most disgusting sandwich from Subway the Bacon's not cooked this is absolutely awful now I remember why I haven't been to Subway in years and I'm not eating this and it was from this one in lower Burrell 🤮🤮

Subs always slap and full of all the toppings of my choosing. Ice the artist/worker always goes above and beyond. His kind attitude and customer service is on point always! A real class act at serving all the way around!!

I've had some good experiences here, but today 8/5/24, was one of the worst. The male employee was great, the female employee was so slow. She tried to not heat the bacon going on our BLT, grabbed lettuce with an ungloved hand (she just pulled the lettuce off the sub when I called her out on that), very messy, not made or wrapped well. And I had to ask for a bag for our 5 bottled drinks and each sandwich was in it's own bag so I would've been handling 9 separate items. This experience was not a good one.

I do not know the name of the staff member I had today but he had a skull tattoo on his left arm. He was amazing and my sandwich was delicious.

This restaurant is terrible. I've had bad experiences here before but wanted to try again. I ordered two sandwiches. The first one was bad but the second oneThe bread is so stale it isn't edible. I had to throw it away.

I always liked subway but this is the 3rd time I ordered from the one on Tarentum bridge road and Everytime the subs are not toasted enough they are soggy and gummy horrible never used to be like that I won't be going
