I think about the Pennas old fashioned Italian hoagie ALL THE TIME! It’s so so so good. The roll is amazing, and the meat is layered perfectly. You get a lot of bang for your buck

They charge $30 for a corpolese tomato pie that's $10 at all surrounding stores.

Restaurant is attractive, staff is super friendly and helpful, and food is delicious. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I'm partial to the Turkey Hoagies. The fresh Italian role is scooped (seeded or not), making room for piled-on (what tastes like it must be freshly cut) Turkey. Add on lettuce, tomato, onions, sweet peppers, hot peppers, Oregano and black pepper, (and oil or maybe a little mayo) and you'll need to use two hands to lift up half of the 10-inch masterpiece.
Eat it with a bag of chips, and add a soda.
Perfection.

I came here to pickup a sandwich for lunch and am so glad I decided to give Penna's a try! I got a chicken cutlet sandwich with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone and it was unreal!! Top 5 best sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken cutlet was so good and the broccoli rabe reminded me of what my nonna used to make.

Picked up Lunch from Penna's yesterday and was very impressed. I got the chicken cutlet with sharp prov and broccoli rabe and was awesome. Probably my favorite italian cutlet sandwich locally. I'll definitely be back to try some others, the whole menu looked great

Picked up an Italian Hoagie from here earlier this week and wanted to give credit where credit is due! What a great little spot right outside ambler. The shop is very nice on the inside and its stocked with all my favorites from growing up and even some other local favs like corpolese. Will definitely be back to try another one of their sandwiches. Highly recommend this spot!

There was no able service in the restaurant area but after placing our orders for sandwiches we found our table and were very satisfied with the atmosphere and the food was delicious.

Possibly had one of the best Italian Hoagies I've ever had from this spot today thanks to the recommendation from a co-worker. Will definitely become a more regular lunch spot for me!

This is a Local Gem! Penna's has the best Italian Hoagie I might have ever had (and their chicken cutlet sandwiches are no joke either). If you haven't come here yet -- DO IT!! You'll be mad you hadn't done it sooner
