Absolutely horrid. Their food taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in a year. Bitter tasting potato I guess they call them wedges or something. Chicken here is drier than Popeyes biscuits. Looks like they’re serving chicken leftover from last week. Hey but price keeps going up tho. Don’t get any food from here. Disgusting.

At around 6pm on July 26, 2025 we waited for over 15 minutes to check out at the counter due to the only attendant going completely AWOL. A gas station making you wait over 15 minutes to check out (no hot food items ordered) is truly insane. Regretting all the money we’ve spent here over the years but finding solace in knowing we will never be buying gas or stopping by again. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and/or wish to be treated with even the bare minimum level of customer service.

Wish I could give zero stars. It’s by far the dirtiest place I’ve seen in 15 years. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting the trash cans seem as if they have never been emptied and the outside has almost never been cleaned. If you’re going to need the bathroom go somewhere else.

The worst ever!! The so-called mac n cheese was extremely cold,hard, and watery. The chicken was soggy, and the mashed potatoes were horrible. I only went in because someone said the chicken was good. Lmao!! That's a total lie. But what do I expect from a gas station chicken place. It wouldn't let me post unless I gave it a star. It doesn't deserve a star but whatever.

I don’t know what kind of hype y’all putting on Royal Farms chicken, but this was straight disrespectful. First off, I waited forever just to be handed some dry, bland, flavorless mess. Like—where was the seasoning?! Tasted like it was fried in regret. Absolutely no crunch, no flavor, no care. Just grease and sadness. If you told me this came from a gas station microwave, I’d believe you. Save your money and your taste buds. I’m mad I even gave it a chance. DISGUSTING. just pitiful.

This has to be the dirtiest Royal Farms I've ever been in. Absolutely gross. I stop there 3 times a week to use the restroom once I get off the turnpike from a 3 hr commute. The garbage cans outside are always overflowing. Trash everywhere inside and out. The bathrooms are gross and smell like ammonia. This is what you see when you walk around the store. Imagine what it looks like where you can't see. Like in the kitchen where they cook food. This is not a 1 off. It's always like this.
