“Food was great, service was great. The lady in the waiting area with her “shop” kept tapping us asking us to move so people could see her stuff. The place was packed and it was cold out, so no one was going to wait outside. She has her “stuff” packed in the waiting area, with frames on the floor. She has guitars hanging from the ceiling and had nerve to say the guitar isn’t up there really good and if your head hits it and it falls you bought it. If that’s the only way she can sell things it’s definitely not the place to have this.“

“Will not being going back after my husband and I recent visit. After being seated and waiting more than 15 minutes to be waited on while a waitress walked by us twice ignoring us and two other couples came and were seated near us and were waited on right away, we walked out! No one said a word. Another turn off, there obsessed with vacuuming and sweeping the floor. Yes l like a clean restaurant but not vacuuming or sweeping done by our table while were trying to have a peaceful meal and dust blowing around in the air. Wont be going back.“

“Place is always very busy and the servers do a good job of trying to juggle all the tables. Our food came out in a decent amount of time and was nice and hot. We got breakfast for lunch and enjoyed it! Prices are definitely higher than I remember, but everything has gone up so it's to be expected.“

“The New Pied has a legacy to live up to. Unfortunately, they aren't fairing well. New banners indicate "new management," but they have no idea what they are living up to. Ask your customers what you can do. It doesn't take much, but a little more goes a long way.“

“My sister and I just enjoyed a lovely lunch at Windows On 6th. I remember when this poor hotel was in such a worn out, ruined state, neglect and boarded up with little hope for a new life. Thankfully it is now a beautiful old hotel with history and character. Dale was our server, bartender, busboy, etc :D He did a great job providing us with a very nice lunch during our visit to this historical sight. Food and drinks were tasty, service was great, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.“
