Made a mistake on last review so reposting.
Never ordering from Bao Nine again. 90min delay for order directly from company website that they use uber to deliver. I called the restaurant and they said to contact Uber. Then after two hours the wrong order came. So basically two hours and no food. They were rude and kept blaming on uber even tho I ordered from their website. It’s a shame because we ordered twice a month.

Had a quick lunch order pickup, the spicy crunch cucumbers were very good but need a little more spicy imo but they were fresh and crunchy. Also has the Bao Bao bun, the short rib was flavorful but just a little chewy. I will def be back to try more.

First time at Bao Nine and I loved it. The sticky chicken bao was incredible, with a super soft bun that just melts when you bite into it. The flavors worked perfectly together. The Brussels sprouts were fresh and had a satisfying crunch. Everything came out fast, and the service was smooth. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu.
