A perfect setting for outdoor dining on the Desmond deck. Friendly service, fabulous menu and delicious food!
The Desmond dose a great job. They make delicious food. They have good service and a nice atmosphere.
My mother and I had a good time having our lobster dinner at the Desmond Hotel. The service was excellent and we were sandwiched between two weddings. We had a good time. Thank you again.

The Sunset Grille at The Desmond offers a consistently great dining experience. Whether it's for a special occasion like Father's Day, Mother's Day, or an anniversary dinner, the restaurant delivers. The service is excellent, with accommodating staff and attentive waiters. The food is delicious, with plentiful options available at the brunch buffet. While the price may be a bit high, the overall experience makes it worthwhile. Dining outside on the patio while listening to the guitarist makes for a memorable evening. The food and service, especially from the staff, are highly praised, with dishes like lobster receiving particular compliments. Guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, and the team makes sure everyone feels comfortable. However, some mention that the outdoor patio can have issues with mosquitos, and it would be helpful if the area was sprayed beforehand or had citronella or other bug deterrents. Overall, the restaurant provides a great experience, even though it lacks some ambiance and music, which could elevate the setting further.
