This Chick-fil-a is poorly managed. I was in at 8 am for breakfast and players with my 2 year old and the whole restaurant floor was dirty and covered with crumbs and there were tables with mess on them. Which tells me they didn't clean the night before because there was food and debris everywhere.
On top of that there wasn't a single seat near the play area because of lunchtime catering orders. I couldn't watch my 2 year old in the play area without being halfway across the restaurant.
To top it all off employees argued in the dining area in earshot of my children while we ate.

Lazy workers! They cancelled my breakfast order and will close breakfast menus 30 minutes before! The cut off is 10:30 NOT 9:50 or 10:20.

Thanks for being honest and made my bad day a little less miserable.
Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.

An absolute nightmare between the hours of 11am-1pm. Waited like 10 minutes for in store pick up only to learn they had hidden my order behind the counter instead of putting it on the shelves that are there solely for that purpose.

Owner was deplorable, I witnessed his interaction with an employee that was embarrassing. In a perfect coaching moment he chose to lower himself to a teenagers level. You sir should be ashamed of yourself. Be a better manager/owner…
