We haven't missed Brunch with Santa at Desmond for the last 24 years (except Covid year). The entire family loves the experience every year! Food was excellent, as usual - from eggs and omelets to beef and ham (and many sides for everything) with a huge dessert selection. Very accommodating for our family of 19 ❤️.
We attended Santa brunch this past weekend. The buffet food was bland and overall underwhelming compared to previous years. The omelette station was the only decent part of the meal. Our waitress was very unattentive to our table. I would not return for another buffet meal at the Desmond.
Have taken my kids to brunch with Santa every year at Desmond Hotel for about 15 years. The kids don't sit with Santa anymore but they still love going! Only year we skipped was Covid in 2020 and we made their favorite food items at home! Staff are super friendly and accommodating - we see the same people each and every year. Kids look forward to it so much and it's one of their favorite events of the year that they work any other events around.
Great food. The baked Brie was delicious. Wait staff was very accommodating regarding substitutions. Nice wine selection.
Our service was great, but the food could have been better. Mac and cheese was lumpy and everything else was laking in flavor.
We (the six of us) sat down at a very comfortable almost pub height table n chairs in the cozy Fox n Hound pub. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic, friendly server who took our drink order promptly. Shortly thereafter our food order was taken and could have been warmed up dinner rolls were brought out. The ten million dollar dip ( I could have made at home) was mistitled and served with Ritz(I could have brought from home) crackers. The shrimp cocktail and egg rolls hit the high mark. As far as entrees, the sea bass was delicious as well as the steak. The lamb entrees were observed to be very chewy and unsatisfactory by our group. Overall, the most consistently on task/excellent part of our experience was the server. Also, a side note regarding accessible parking, we were redirected from a van accessible parking spot by a leaf blowing landscaper who told us (illegally) that we couldn't park in the spot for a van since he was putting all of the leaves there. 🤔🤔🤔. That was a no no.
Room had several large parties , very difficult to hear . Tables had very little space between them making access to the brunch buffet difficult . Server kept reaching across my plate to serve others at my table because of poor space between tables . All the chairs are very low, feel like you need a booster seat and we were all tall people
I had a terrific birthday celebration at the restaurant at the Desmond. There were many enticing entrees to choose from. My dinner from soup to desert was delicious. Service was superb!
I'm surprised this place doesn't do more marketing considering it's in the middle of the Malvern Corporate Center

What a beautiful experience. Restaurants is very pretty and eloquent. Our server was so attentive and kind. We celebrated our daughter's 21st bday and it couldn't have been more special.

The food is delicious! The service is actually super good. All the servers have been amazing. We die there at least once a month and we continue to go back!
Our experience was meant to be festive, so the Desmond was the right spot for us with flexibility of menu options offered through the Sunday brunch buffet.
Great experience with Mike our server. We were looking for something different off of restaurant row and out of town and decided to check this out. Pleasant staff and food was good. I had the orange salmon with rice, French onion soup and the bread pudding for dessert. All were delicious and reasonably priced.
The Desmond Sunday Brunch is a real treat. Colin, the server is both friendly and professional, and the whole staff is welcoming. The value is very good for the money spent Two items to "critique". It seems that there needs to be more variety, and please bring back CHEESE SELECTIONS.
Service was great. Fod is going down hil. Rolls were leftover that were heated up. Both entrees wer just ok. They took off one of my favs off the menu - chicken parm.
