Today, we placed a large order for a corporate lunch meeting. The food was to be delivered via doordash at 1:15. We received the confirmation that the food was delivered but it never was. When I called the store, I spoke with a manager named Moe. He was very helpful and apologetic about the situation. I can say that without Moe troubleshooting the situation and handling it as well as he did- this would have been the last time I ordered from the Panera.

First time I've ever eaten there and the food was really good! I think it's good comfort food especially if you are feeling under the weather. It was really nice inside and the staff was friendly. I would eat here again!

This penera bread location is stealing tip from delivery driver. I delivered a party size order for them , after delivery the tip I received is only half of what i saw on the invoice because there is a line says tip for the driver. Shame on you!!!

This is what passes for meat on a sandwich only half of the bread covered... So I paid $13 for bread?
Got the same sandwich that I’ve gotten from another location and it was significantly different here. Not bad, but different enough to make me hold out and go to the other location in West Chester when I want Panera.

super slow service for a not busy Sunday lunch hours. we ordered you pick 2 and we were charged full price for the soup and the sandwich and got a plate full of food which we can’t finish. When I went back and asked the manager got a reply in one sentence as that’s how the meaty melts are priced - it is the entire sandwich plus the soup, baguette and chips - close to a $20 lunch. When did Panera trippled their portions or is this a way to make people pay $7 more for something that they probably can’t finish !!! My soup wasn’t hot, but I didn’t bother to go back there again.none of the sodas had effervescence in them, the iced tea was super diluted and tasted like flavored water.Check your receipt before you get out of the counter, chances are you are paying more for what you thought you ordered !!!!

Waste of time.It’s 7:30 AM and there is only chocolate chip bagels!! Make more bagels. Complete waste of time. BTW it’s not the first time I’ve stopped in before 8am and they were out of bagels.

Horrible horrible horrible. I was so excited to see this Panera had a drive thru because I had my dog in the car traveling after a long day. I did a rapid mobile order for pick up in the drive thru. I got there said my name and they told me to pull up to the window. No one greeted me at the window. No one even looked. There was 6 young ignorant employees all joking and laughing and looking on different phones or doing random stuff but not one single employee came to the window. My order was sitting right at the counter. I waited 20 minutes at the window before calling the store. The manager answers and immediately brings me my meal. Took 40 minutes extra to get my "rapid drive thru order" when I was the ONLY customer in line. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone not to come here.
