I've been here tons of times and a couple times have had a few issues, always rectified though. Yes it's really busy at lunch time. I just got back from having breakfast there with my 9 month old and the lady who served us was fantastic. Wish I caught her name. Not only did she see I had my hands full so she brought everything to my table for me but she also realized I left my latte when I was leaving and ran it out to me as I was getting in my car. The ability to customize the sugar in my oatmeal is so important. I appreciate that.
Skim milk for coffee is also very appreciated; not every place has that.

Something unique happened though.
I chose to sit near a sleeping person. It seemed to me he was distressed yet keeping to himself, just needed to rest.
