It's a restaurant/bar where you have to go to the counter to order your drinks and then take them back to your seat, though they'll give you a little number sign for your food orders and deliver to your table, the order still has to be placed at the counter. It's a great place to meet up with friends for drinks and a quick bit. I'm not into this type of atmosphere, bright and loud, so I can't give it a high rating. People and staff are friendly. I have no complaints, just not my cup of tea.
