Cupcakes are awesome! Creative flavors…their peanut butter icing might be the best I’ve ever had!

I’ll preface this review by saying I am a sweets/dessert lover. I’ll pretty much eat anything chocolate but I took one bite of their chocolate cupcake & could not eat the rest, it was that bad. I couldn’t tell you the last time I had a dessert I didn’t want to finish. My boyfriend surprised me with these cupcakes & he didn't want to finish his either. I had them previously & was unimpressed so unless I got two of their worst batches of cupcakes I would stick to your local bakery or even grocery store cupcakes.

The cupcakes here are always amazing and the staff always give you plenty of time to make decisions and are willing to answer any questions. They half dozens and dozens. They are not terribly priced considering the cupcakes are made from scratch.

I tried to order online, but the website was problematic so I emailed my order. I received a phone call to follow up and everything was ready for me as arranged. I ordered a half dozen, 1 each of Red Velvet, Original, black and white, cookies and cream, peanut butter and grasshopper. The cupcakes were delicious! A big hit for sure!!

I was very disappointed with the lack of fresh taste. Frosting was hard and cake was DRY. I bought from the Malvern store for convenience but I will give Collegeville a try. I was please with them when I bought my first batch of cupcakes. So Malvern NO … maybe Collegeville IF I am really craving them.

This place sucks never go here! DON'T EVEN BOTHER THE SERVICE IS PURE GARBAGE. Tried calling 5 times for my birthday cupcakes, no answer. I left a voicemail. No one called me back. I stopped in on my lunch break to try to get some service, the cashier was very unenthused and apologized without any feeling. I told her this is my first and LAST time trying this place! The girl even dropped one of the cupcakes while boxing...can you please get new staff who actually pretend to care about their job? This girl was the worst, service was the worst, plus their credit card machine was down. I'd give negative stars if I could.Shame on this place for trying to open on the Main Line with such inferior service.Thanks for the unhappy birthday cakes. NOT.

Best cupcakes I have ever had, hands down!My husband bought me a dozen cupcakes for Mother's Day and they are absolutely amazing. So fresh and moist and full of flavor. Everyone I have tried so far is just simply fantastic. If you are looking for delicious gourmet cupcakes, Sublime is your place! Thank you Sublime for the most amazingly, delicious cupcakes ever!
Just took these cupcakes to several holiday parties.. can’t believe how fast they were gone. Best cupcakes I’ve ever had.. nothing compares!!

The worst cupcakes I have ever had. We picked up a few for NYE and they were all dry and stale. They tasted like they were a week old. I highly recommend avoiding this place. The positive reviews seem to be written by friends of the owner.

Never returning to this shop ever again. First of all, the cupcakes are dry and seem like they've been sitting out for days. I was embarrassed serving this at my holiday party. The staff also seems to not know which days they have certain flavors. You would also think the cupcakes would be bigger when you're paying $20 for 6. Do yourself a favor and go to Wegmans down the street for better desserts.

Honesty, I was shocked to see that these cupcakes were less than 5 Stars! They are great! Fluffy cake, a nice assortment of flavors. I encourage everyone to try them and not be dissuaded by the Karen’s making rude comments on google reviews.
