Visited the store for the first time today and was pleased with the options. The young man that assisted me was very courteous and welcoming. Appreciated that he asked if I had any allergies. Cupcakes tasted great as well. Will definitely visit again next time I come back to the area.

Went in to get a cupcake after eating lunch and the woman had no gloves on and has visible cuts on her hands (she was picking at her skin while I was checking out) grabbing my cake with no gloves. I had to throw it out. My craving for the cupcake went immediately out the window.

Fantastic cupcakes; the flavors rotate on a weekly basis. We occasionally get a dozen, and for a celebration of life we got a tower with over 100 which everyone loved. Great to stop by and grab 1 or 2 as well.

Our second time ordering this month, as dirt is our favorite and only comes out a few times a year. The cupcakes are delicious- very soft and the frosting is not overly sweet. The shop is clean and always offers a good variety of flavors. Online ordering is simple, and I'm already looking forward to ordering again!

I’ll preface this review by saying I am a sweets/dessert lover. I’ll pretty much eat anything chocolate but I took one bite of their chocolate cupcake & could not eat the rest, it was that bad. I couldn’t tell you the last time I had a dessert I didn’t want to finish. My boyfriend surprised me with these cupcakes & he didn't want to finish his either. I had them previously & was unimpressed so unless I got two of their worst batches of cupcakes I would stick to your local bakery or even grocery store cupcakes.
The cupcakes here are always amazing and the staff always give you plenty of time to make decisions and are willing to answer any questions. They half dozens and dozens. They are not terribly priced considering the cupcakes are made from scratch.

I tried to order online, but the website was problematic so I emailed my order. I received a phone call to follow up and everything was ready for me as arranged. I ordered a half dozen, 1 each of Red Velvet, Original, black and white, cookies and cream, peanut butter and grasshopper. The cupcakes were delicious! A big hit for sure!!

I was very disappointed with the lack of fresh taste. Frosting was hard and cake was DRY. I bought from the Malvern store for convenience but I will give Collegeville a try. I was please with them when I bought my first batch of cupcakes. So Malvern NO … maybe Collegeville IF I am really craving them.
