I left 5 stars because 10 is not an option! The employees are friendly and attentive. The Chilli is fabulous!...best Chilli I have ever had from a restaurant and the bread was baked to perfection. I defiantly recommend this Zoup location.

I just visited this location for the first time. The folks running the place could not have been nicer. The place was clean and my wait was short. The food was fresh and yummy.

This location used to be great. Good food, quick service, very convenient. Now it's a former shell of itself. It's not even open most days. Waited over 20 minutes for a try 2 combo...and as you all know, the soup is already made...so it's just the sandwich that takes a few minutes of prep ( and now the sandwiches only get one slice of deli meat. )This was with only one customer ahead of me. Sorry wish it was like it used to be....

Closed during lunch wth? Don't care about your short staffed signs when it says open online and on your door. It was 1 pm I would expect you to be open without having to check a website

I stopped in Zoup yesterday because I was just craving soup. They have a great variety and couldn't make up my mind so I picked 3, lobster bisque, chicken chili and mushroom barley....all very good. Wish the lobster bisque had more chunks in it, but that is just a wish and not a fault....Denny was very pleasant, organized and careful when packaging up my "to go" bag. Plenty of space to dine in, but had to take it to go. I noticed that they sell gift cards, too.

I placed an order online. It was confirmed via email. drive 20+ minutes to get there for an order at 3 in the afternoon. Closed. Website STILL says open at 4:30. Unless there was some sort of emergency, every employee there, plus the corporation should be ashamed.
Unfortunately, drove over 30 minutes to get here and despite saying they open at 11am, no one is here (11:30).

The food isn't *bad* but it's not great. The menu is large but the portions are small and the food appears pre packaged. I'd try it again but it wasn't the best given other local options.

I have ordered meditarenian chicken bowl, food is filthy, brown rice he gave was completely dry and chickpeas are also completely dry. I am really sorry I don't want to spoil your business but please watch what you are serving.

the process of creating my "broth bowl" results in little hockey pucks of fused and hardened rice that do not resolve once brothed. not appetizing. my location had one employee trying to hold down the fort at lunchtime. he was polite and friendly but the process he has to follow to make the food involves a lot of walking back and forth between stations and a lot of paper waste (nuking veggies, tossing the plate, but then using another plate to serve, as an example). very inefficient and poorly organized. not remotely an assembly line. with 2 or 3 workers it would be chaos. i did not try the normal soups. would not get the broth bowl again. mostly broth. 2 mushrooms, 3 bites of broccoli. brownie was decent.
