Starbucks is always great and this King of Prussia Mall location is exemplary. My issue is with the mall. The directory kiosks DON'T HAVE STARBUCKS IN THEIR INFO! I was looking at the Starbucks while using the nearest kiosk and NADA! What? I had to use Google maps to guide me to the store front and just hit up that nearest proximity kiosk to double check. That's a problem....
Nice people staff this little kiosk, I think they are Giant employees?...anyway, easy to get into without having to run through the grocery store by going into the entrance next to Homewood.Kind of a necessary place since Villanova is closed???

Workers are great— they never make a mistake, are pleasant and fast.I hope more stores hold union votes so employees have the opportunity to decide if they wanna unionize. Starbucks Workers United!
