Employees paid no attention to the customers. Busy talking to each other. How could the s brand be so bad with supposedly great management???
I have never heard a Starbucks vocalize that they were behind by 80 drinks. This must be where they send all the rejects from Starbucks academy. Very incompetent at this location.
Clearly something is going on here. This location has closed early on a few occasions - like right now. I ordered online early in the morning one time, only to show up and find it closed. I had to come back hours later to get the drink - which they did give me immediately.
And the thing is… I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the employees, and I’ve never seen them be rude or unwilling/unable to work hard, so I can’t chalk this up to...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place to study or get a moment of quiet. The drive through is quick and the inside is always clean with cheerful baristas and team members. The staff are friendly, helpful, and patient. Drinks are always perfect the first time. The location has free parking spots, is kid-friendly, and has wheelchair accessibility. Vegetarian options and dietary restrictions are available. However, the location can get busy and the service can be inconsistent. Some customers have experienced issues with cleanliness, having to clean off tables themselves due to a lack of napkins. Despite this, the staff are friendly and helpful with alternatives when items are sold out.
