They don't carry all of the Dunkin Donuts that is mandatory to sell. They should loose their flagship with Dunkin Donuts.. The employees are very rude to the customers. Especially here in King of Prussia. Very disappointed..

I run on Dunkin daily and hate to say it but this dunkin ran itself into the ground! I use mobile ordering so that I don’t have to wait longer then normal…but usually have to anyhow. Like most people it’s your morning coffee that puts a smile on your face…sadly this location will have you more upset then good. I will however give it to the men that work here, they seem to be more attentive to their everyday customers then the women who work…correction…are employed...read full review

I want a new Dunkin donuts the other day was literally the only person in there stood there for about waiting order toy person came up and told me I had to use the kiosk. They screwed up my iced coffee royally. If I want to use an app I'll download it. Till then I would appreciate if someone would actually do their job. And FYI v Norristown Dunkin donuts has more business less help and better service with a cashier.
