Food when you can get it is good. The aggravation and poor customer service is enough to make you not want to go there. They always forget items that you ordered, they make your drinks incorrectly and the ALL of the staff is rude and pushy. They rush you then not charge you items claiming you never ordered them. In reality- they made mistakes and instead of focusing on the customer they are serving- they attempt to do too many things at one time. Don’t go here unless you have time to waste and want a headache!

They need to get their act together. Feb 2024, 2nd time this week gave me warm coffee not hot. I waited 25 minutes to go through drive thru sat morn. For a cold coffee and a cold breakfast sandwich. They were all sanding around while an older gentleman working window. Come on . Get it together. Guess I'm done for a while . I mean did this place change hands lately? Oh 3rd before this I was given a coffee lid not tight spilled all over my drink holder. And last time I asked for dark coffee got regular a cold coffee.

Thursday afternoon, December 14th approximately 11:30 AM.... I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. service was great. did a quick check of the bag saw everything was in there. DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME, got comfortable under my blankets, opened my sandwich... and there was NO BACON, NO EGG, AND NO CHEESE. JUST THE BAGEL not even butter bro. I was absolutely flabbergasted. HOW DO YOU MESS UP THAT BAD. it wasn't even morning rush. there was barely anybody in line or in the store. Please remind your workers to actually put THE BACON EGG AND CHEESE on a BACON EGG AND CHEESE sandwich. i was sad for the rest of the day.

50/50 hit or miss today big miss, ordered a Bacon Egg Cheese on a plain bagel. And instead of a plain bagel they gave me an everything bagel. Then I ordered a Iceed Coffee cream no sugar they added 5 sugar and then the staff tried to argue with me that they know what I ordered. Do better!
