The app for different locations does not work. Interesting how you mention it to them and they act like they didn't know. They don't ask if you're a rewards member or ask if you need any type of assistance with the app/kiosk.

Honestly I can't really say I recommend this locationIt's really been a hit or miss with getting my order correct as orderedI've been regularly coming before work for a few weeks now, and it's been pretty often my drinks are missing coldfoam, even the featured dunking iced coffee, and they never say they are out of it or anythingCups are often not filled and don't bother with getting almondmilk or oatmilk, they charge extra and your cup will definitely...

This is a positive and a negative experience technically. I always have a positive experience when Lori is working. She is amazing. When she isn't there my order ends up being messed up. I had asked for a frozen coffee and they had to ask me like three or four different times about me wanting cream and I said I wanted whipped cream. When my drink finally came out it was an iced coffee. I do not drink iced coffee but I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to...
