Ordered pizza from here for the first time. My husband got a meat lovers pizza. The dough was very tough and for some reason the pizza had a distinct maple smell and taste... maybe they used maple bacon or maple sausage. Very off putting on a pizza. I don't know if this was intentional or not. Won't be ordering again. I got a pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. It had a good flavor but again, dough was very tough.
Food is pretty good, bread (for subs) is the best!!, service is excellent, booths are really worn.

Angelo's Pizza & Subs offers delicious pizza with excellent sauce and cheese, served on nicely crisp crusts. The cheese supreme pizza is heavenly and super comforting. Their subs are highly praised, and they provide great lunch specials and takeout service. The staff is courteous, efficient, and friendly, with a sweet cashier and employees who seem so friendly. The owner is a great cook and super nice, making customers feel welcome. The pizza is fantastic and good, and the chef salad is wonderful too. The fried cauliflower and fried mushrooms are hot and yummy, and the fish beer battered is fresh and hot. The atmosphere is great, and parking is easy. It’s a recommended spot for pizza, subs, and wings, with great quantity and quality for the price. The restaurant could benefit from updating its booths, but it remains the #1 spot in Manchester.
