“I keep forgetting to do this but I am finally lol. We ordered pizza on halloween night. The place was jam packed full of people with multiple pizza orders. Every staff member that was there that night worked their absolute hardest to get everyone's pizza hot and fresh! Not only were they packed but they had just as many delivery orders to go out at the same time. The manager definitely kept everyone calm and happy! It is always a pleasure to eat there!!! “So I called in a pick up order of a pizza and mozzarella sticks. When I called I mentioned I had a coupon (from their menu) for a large cheese pizza for 10.99. The girl on the phone said bring it with me. So I did. I went to pick it up; gave her the coupon and she looked at her coworker and showed it to him and she said I don't think we're taking this right now. So I told her it's from the menu I had at home and her response was "we go through phases of when we take them." Didn't even bother to ask management. Now there was no expiration date on it mind you and no one said that on the phone. So what started out as a 17.00 order was now 27.00. Sometimes you have to go above and beyond to avoid these types of reviews. GREAT customer service would have been easily accepting YOUR own coupon. If you go through "phases" don't print the coupon bc the consumer doesn't know when your phases take place. This could've easily been a 4 or 5 star. The food tastes great but the "phases" comment left me floored.“

“I used to go to Pizzatown (R.I.P.) because it was closer and the food there was good. I'd gotten food from Babbo's a bunch of times since the closure and the food is very good. Most recently I got a white pizza with broccoli and tomatoes and it was excellent.

I like that Babbo's has a drive thru, as opposed to having to park and walk in like some of the other restaurants in town. I would recommend using the online ordering system instead of calling it in, if this is your first time ordering with Babbo's.“

They were all really helpful at making sure we were satisfied with our order. The place is really clean too and well maintained. There is a bathroom at the end of the building, which is also very clean. The pizza was quick at being made and tasted really good. The crust for mostly all the pizza is very thin though, so keep that in mind.“

My team and I visited and most of us ordered a Boli. We were told a small would feed one person. So I ordered a large. Holy Stromboli, this thing was huge. I only got through half but I brought it home so I can enjoy it for the next two days. It was so good I felt like it was sent from heaven above.
