Decided to take my children out to a nice quiet dinner. In this economy, everything is expensive, so I choose very wisely. I was greeted at the counter by a very polite and very respectful employee to take my order. Slight delay with the fryer and I was kept updated. It only delayed by mere minutes but I so much appreciated them letting me know. Food was delicious! I no longer go to the one in Lebanon county because they slice their roast beef thick and it ruins the sandwich....

Out of all of the fast food places that I have visited, Arby's would be among my top choices. I like their food, their service is normally fast and accurate, and their stores are usually very clean.
On this visit, the service was slow, my sandwich was made quickly and placed on the tray, but it seemed like it took a long time (after my sandwich was made, fot them to start making my Jalapeño hot poppers. Therefore, when I finally received my meal, my sandwich wasn't...

Online ordering is sometimes problematic (company tech errors) and not all employees are skilled in resolving these issues...but the ones who make the effort to accommodate and resolve the tech issues are much appreciated... please school other employees to be just as customer oriented in resolving technology errors ??
