“Emily is an absolute "GEM"! We hired her to cater for the Ground's department and volunteers for the US Women's Open at Lancaster Country Club. She brought breakfast and lunch for the crew of 120, everyday for 7 days with a smile on her face and a pep in her step! She was so flexible and we needed that with our ever changing numbers and schedule. I knew I had made the right decision when I called her in a panic on Tuesday explaining our Thursday dinner catering fell through. Without hesitation, she asked what we wanted and what time and she came through with an amazing last minute Italian dinner. Not only was working with Emily amazing, her food is just as delightful as she is! We cannot wait to have her back in the future!

I am so glad we chose to use the beverage logistics package through The Traveling Tap. It saved us so much time, stress, and vehicle space. Their service is invaluable! During the planning process we mostly communicated with Amber and Cassidy who were always so kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. When we had changes or questions, we heard back right away with clear responses. We had plenty of alcohol delivered for our guests on our wedding day. The hotel delivery at the end of the night as well as the returns/reimbursement process was easy and fast too. We are so pleased with our decision to use The Traveling Tap and would recommend their services to anyone having a wedding or event!“

“First of all, let me say, I would highly recommend Rettew’s Catering! Amanda was so easy to work with! She answered all of our questions and when I didn’t know what to do, she offered very helpful suggestions I had a set price per person in my budget, and Amanda kept the cost of everything within that amount. I do not live in the Manheim Pennsylvania area, so all communications were done through the computer or over the phone.
Our event was for our son‘s wedding rehearsal dinner. Our menu was herb roasted chicken breast, roasted vegetables, salad greens with almonds, crumbled feta, and balsamic vinaigrette, baguettes, with herb, whipped butter and chocolate fudge brownies. We have a couple people in our family that are gluten-free and they were able to enjoy a catered meal without worrying if they were going to be ill afterwards.
We received many compliments on the quality of all the food! The chicken was seasoned well and moist. One family member said the chicken was, “wow!” in fact, all of the food I listed above was delicious and the brownies were amazing! The amount of food we received was more than enough. No one went away hungry!
Again, I highly recommend Rettew’s Catering!!“
