He was very easy to work with, and made sure to broach any potentially hard questions that could turn into headaches later. His professionalism really put us at ease, and showed that he truly cared about the quality of his service. When the wedding day started coming up, and we had some last minute changes he made it stress and hassle-free.

When the big day finally arrived, we were completely blown away with the quality of service, the staff, and the food. We received non-stop compliments on how good everything tasted, and while we were running around the venue the servers and cooks were phenomenal and a pleasure to work with.
