So far, we have tried the Baked Potato Bar, the Chicken Fajita Bar, and yesterday, we tried the Meatball Sub Bar. Everyone LOVED it! Salads and desserts are just as fabulous! “We searched for a Jamaican spot to get some food and when I tell you they did not disappoint. The food was good on the second day as well. We traveled 3 hours back home with half of our meals and the flavor was worthy of slapping someone mama not mine though. My grandprincess enjoyed her honey bbq wings and gave them the thumbs up.“

“There is one memory about my wedding that seems to stick in my brain. What is so odd to me, is that it wasn't anything one would typically guess; it was the mundane act of biting into a small, perfectly round yellow-orange cherry tomato. The beautiful color. The plumpness. Oh, the bursting flavor! This isn't to say that our wedding was boring and uneventful. It was quite the opposite. It was the best wedding I've ever been to, and there were many that said the same that weren't my wife or I. Later, I would learn that tomato was hand picked from his mother's garden. This isn't wedding food. This isn't catering, as one would typically think of it. This is a 5 star chef with hand selected ingredients and team coming to serve a meal fit for a king and queen, and their esteemed guests. I've never had better catering at any event. They are of course, easy to work with as well. They only do one wedding at a time, so they are never spread to thin. Buddy is highly responsive, and was never unavailable when we called him. Everything went off without a hitch, and no detail was out of place. As a cog in a greater machine of our wedding, they never squeaked, never needed greasing, repair, or replacement. You're a fool if you choose any other caterer.“
“Chef’s Expressions at the Manor truly made our wedding magical. Sarah Armstrong was our event consultant and she was AMAZING. She helped us get better deals on aspects of our big day, figure out how to get what we wanted within budget, and mapped out every detail to perfection. Sarah made sure that everything was planned in a way that made the most sense and following her guidance led us to a day I dreamed of. When there were hiccups with a bartender being out due to COVID, she was quick to come up with a solution and I didn’t even know of the issue until after the night was over. Sarah handled everything on the day-of, even transporting our personal décor, so I only had to concentrate on being with my people and soaking it all in. On top of all of that, the food was AMAZING. I would eat their short ribs for every meal and the fennel and ricotta flatbread was to die for. Everyone says you don’t eat at your own wedding but Chef’s Expressions made sure we got served a little of EVERYTHING so we got to eat every single dish at our wedding and they were all phenomenal. I didn’t think pasta would hold up well served en masse but the pesto especially was really phenomenal. Every hors d’oeuvres, station, and dessert was delicious. Our cake was also provided through Chef’s Expressions and was one of the best wedding cakes I had ever eaten. Sarah and the team at Chef’s Expressions at the Manor do a phenomenal job and I would recommend them to everyone looking for phenomenal food on a reasonable budget.“

“Wonderful chefs! This family business was perfect for our wedding. We had sooo many people complimenting the food all night. Designing the menu with Paul was so much fun, he was just as excited about it as we were. Very flexible with how we wanted everything to be. He helped up keep within our budget without losing quality. They also always use local and in season produce, so everything is fresh!“
