“Went through the drive thru and when I saw the line, I figured it would take a while. However, they had multiple workers outside in the rain taking orders and once ordered, they came back out and delivered my food as I was in line so you don't have to wait until you get to the window. I was in and out in 5 minutes which was super impressive. They were really on it during lunch hour and made sure to keep the line moving which was great. I've worked in customer service my whole life so I can appreciate when a business is working hard like that!“

“I was staying with a family I know in Lancaster. They said KKC has the best chicken in the world..We ordered some for a family dinner from the Manor St location.. firstly..the biscuits were fantastic, and secondly, the chicken is really REALLY good. It was a pleasant surprise. During my travels, I've seen KKCs in a number of gas stations, but I've never considered trying them. From now on, I will be eating KKC chicken more frequently!
