“I went to pickup Popeyes for my mother and myself for dinner. The card I had wasn’t working and I didn’t have service to put money on a different card. The manager, I wish I got his name, covered the bill and said my dinner was on him. After some terrible news it was honestly the kindest thing. This manager really went out of his way to help me out when he didn’t have to at all. I am forever grateful for this. Thank you so much sir, you really helped someone in need.“
“I stopped here because of the frenzy around the new plant-based beyond chicken that recently became available. I ordered three orders and no sauces. My family and I are huge fans of plant-based and vegan alternatives but my two year old and I both wouldn’t return for this food. Maybe for some tastebuds, slathered in sauce it would be delicious. The texture is not my favorite. The flavor was reminiscent of KFC I used to eat when I was younger. So the conclusion for us was that we Are happy main stream industry is shifting toward more compassionate choices. But we would not settle because we nosh on spectacular and delicious vegan food all of the time, so this was a flop for us.“
“The Chester's we ate at was in the Love's Travel Stop at exit 90 on I-81 in Pennsylvania. We ordered chicken fingers, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, biscuits, and apple pies for dessert. The chicken was cooked perfectly (nice and juicy), the mac-n-cheese was creamy, and the pies were AMAZING (very similar to the old style of apple pies served at the golden arches)! The staff member who was working was very polite and the service was very quick. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from a gas station chicken place, but overall, I was pleasantly surprised.“
“The chicken is definitely the best in Lebanon. Its also the most expensive. 6 tenders costs like $11! That being said, they're totally worth it. I've heard it called "crack chicken" because its deliciously addictive. But that's not the best part of the experience. The people who work there are amazing! (Except the guy at the register. He seems kinda grumpy every time I see him. I've never seen him smile. But the others more than make up for the shyguy). The new lady who calls everyone "sweetheart" or "love" or "darling" or "honey" makes my day everytime I go to play the machines.(yes! They also have 5 slots!) Her happiness and love of life is refreshing and contagious and so needed and appreciated in this drab little town where it seems there's more and more misery every single day. THANK YOUParking: They only have about 6 or 7 parking spots but they get the food bagged n out the door so fast they've never all been full anytime over been there“
