“The manager - younger guy - Alan maybe? He’s the real deal. We order here every few weeks, and the food and service are always on point. Alan is consistently very friendly with an uplifting attitude towards his job and his employees. Food is always great.“

“The sign said something about treating people right. So I asked for a small Pecan Mudslide. The guy said they don’t have small. So I told him what the sign says. He proceeded to make a small Pecan Mudslide for my wife. All I can say is Thank You for treating people right! My wife was impressed that he went out of the way to make her a small. Then he also charged less. Way to go! I wish everyone would put the customer first! This is one of my favorite places now because of what this you man did!

“This location is the BEST AROUND!! Friendly and AMAZING customer service every time! My son loves the turkey there, and begs to have a sandwich for school often! We have told friends and family this is our go to spot, and we usually stop by once a week if we can! Thank you for all you do, and all the hard work and stellar customer service you offer!!“

“I have visited this Subway many times for lunch and dinner. They always make very tasty and fresh sandwiches with a smile. The new owner and manager are very nice people. The place is always clean and hygienic.
I will definitely come again and recommend this place to everyone!

“I have ordered from this location several times. Too many times if I'm being honest... Delivery and through the drive thru. Every time is incredible. Hot, fresh, friendly team and people who go out of their way to ensure great customer service. Today, I called at 3:50 am to ask when breakfast would be available on delivery sites and Jen, the morning manager, was helpful and so kind. I received my order, fresh and hot, with a little extra treat, hot coffee (much needed) and apple pies. As the GM of a fast food restaurant, myself, THIS is what I look for in a manager. Thank you, Jen, for raising the standard for fast food customer service. Much love.“

“Food was good but if you order online you shouldn't have to wait til you are there for them to start making it especially with a large order. It is already paid on the app so it doesn't make sense. Ordered online and had to wait 10 min in a parking spot for our food to come out.“

“Food was ok, ask for light sauce there was too much sauce on the pizza for us. But the staff was nice and the food was hot. Place isn't updated for indoor dining , it's primarily a take out place. We always eat in. I just wish they would accommodate those who eat in.“

“We went here around lunchtime on 12-31-25, and everyone was just wonderful and so personable. The staff just made it such a great experience. My youngest son accidentally got hurt in the play area and they were so helpful and showed compassion. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Lebanon location, all of you are absolutely wonderful.“
